Bad news to gamers, RPGers, and indeed nerds everywhere.

Beloved creator and enthusiest of the world-reknown Dungeons & Dragons, Gary Gygax, sadly passed away this morning (March 4th). The poor man died of an inoperable abdominal aortic aneurysm ([link]). The world shall never see another man who could match what he's done in this field of social gaming.

Though he has passed on, we shall carry on his legacy as he would wish. He loved what he did because we loved what he made. Gary succeeded in breaking out of the monotony to create a game that shall last the test of time and encourage social and tactical gameplay amongst peoples of all age groups.

So with that, we bid your spirit a fond farewell. The world shall never forget you nor what you've done. You've brought us all together as people to laugh, love, live, and grow from and with one another. Rest in peace forevermore.
